This item is a vintage new (old stock) in the box Pyramid Long Life Capacitor.  The box shows TMD-18.  TM-D80-150. 80+80 MFD. 150 WVDC. 265-159.  The box states "This double-tested dry electrolytic capacitor is designed for use on D.C. only.  Pyramid Electric Company North Bergen, New Jersey.
I believe this box had never been opened until I opened to take pictures. The contents were very well wrapped as likely came from the manufacturer.  **I was unable to duplicate their very careful wrapping when replacing to the box.  I have no way of checking to determine if this capacitor is functional.
