I have a decorative large Japanese silk hand fan that is in very good condition. It measures 22" wide & 12" tall & the black decorative tassel is 10" long. It is hand painted, has a decorative black, gold & reddish orange designed plastic bottom & sides. Metal hardware holds it together & it a very bright & colorful design. It was purchased in Japan in the 1960's.
