This listing is for a beautiful antique Mont Joye amethyst Art Glass vase with heavily applied hand enameled floral decoration.
Produced by Mont Joye during the 1890-1910 period when they were a division of Legras and produced this type art glass in a factory near Paris, France.
The glass is a beautiful rich amethyst color decorated with heavily applied enamel floral design on the body with gilt decorated lace design around the top embellished with white jewels.
Measures 11 1/4" high with a 3 1/4" square top and a 4 1/2" base diameter. Weighs 1.12 pounds.
The vase is in excellent Estate condition with no chips, cracks or noted flaws. There is some minor wear to the gilding on the "lacy" areas.
