Rare Large Daum "Grand Lion" Amber Tone Pate de Verre Glass Crystal Figurine

You are looking at a rare vintage signed Daum "Grand Lion" amber tone Pate de Verre glass figurine. This is a very nice size piece, it measures approximately 15 inches from nose to tip to tail and 6.5 inches tall (all measurements are from widest to widest), it is a very nice size and heavy piece.  It has a very clean crack line at the tail.  I don't think it was breakage and was repaired because the fracture line looks very clean.  I believe it was probably an internal fracture and the previous owner has a professional curator put  some sort of a residue around it to stabilize it, see last two photos for details.  In my opinion, it looks like very clean and does not distract from its overall beauty.   The price reflects its condition.  Comes with original Daum fitted box as shown.  All photos are from actual item.
