SHIPPING
We only ship to the United States, specifically the 48 contiguous states: we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. We do not ship to APO/FPO and prefer a physical address rather than a P.O. Box, as our larger packages are sent via Fedex/UPS. All orders are shipped the same day that payment clears, or next day if it is after 4 p.m. EST. Orders submitted on Friday after 4 p.m. through Monday 4 p.m. EST will be shipped on Monday. We provide a tracking number for all purchases.

RETURN POLICY
We accept returns if you contact us within 30 days of purchase. If you find you simply do not want the product, please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) and return address. Buyers are responsible for the return shipping, but will receive a full refund (item price and original shipping) upon receipt at our facility of the item(s). If we sent the incorrect item, or you believe it is not as described, contact us for a return shipping label.
