3 Three Strands Of Multicolor Waist Beads 38". I ordered this from another seller and decided I wanted to go with a different size, but I don't know much about it as far as materials or how it was made. Most of the beads are gold and there are other multicolored beads in between. There is a screw clasp on each band so that it is comfortable to wear throughout the day or for weeks/months at a time without poking into you. Each band is 38" exactly including the clasp.
Waist beads are worn both as beautification and to track weightloss. They are to lay at your natural waist and you can keep them on short term (like when wearing a swimsuit or crop top), or you can wear them for months at a time and as you lose weight, they will start to sit lower and lower on your hips, helping you see how far you've come!
My mannequin has such a small waist, I had to bunch up the beads in the back - I just wanted you to see how it should lay on your stomach, but I don't want you to feel like it looks too small for your own size! I just pulled excess together in the back!
