With Summer here and travel on the increase, reaching us by phone to redeem your travel certificate is not optimal, so we’ve made it easier by creating an online form. Please follow these steps when you’re ready to redeem your certificate:
Step 1:
Browse jetblue.com or the JetBlue app to find flights, and make a note of your top 3 choices. With 100+ destinations in the U.S., Latin America and Caribbean to choose from (plus more new destinations rolling out, including London), we know choosing where to go (and when) can be a tough decision.
Step 2:
Visit www.jetblue.com/certificates. Under Healthcare Heroes, navigate to the form by selecting “Request assistance”, then “I’d like to make a new booking”.
Step 3:
Complete all the required info, including those top 3 choices you noted, and your travel certificate PIN and authorization (highlighted in blue below). You will NOT be asked to enter any credit card info. Once you’re done, click submit.
Step 4:
Once you’ve submitted your form, a JetBlue representative will get back to you to confirm your booking and securely collect your credit card info to cover any taxes and fees.
A few things to keep in mind:
Travel must be booked and completed anytime prior to 12/31/21.
